You are assigned to Inspire! As an Educator we can use our personal stories, our own sources of motivation and positive redirection to encourage students to do their best work. By modeling intrinsic motivation and using these as strategies, it will encourage our students to use them for themselves.
Teachers will identify
**personal stories they can use to model intrinsic motivation,
**mantras they will share with students and
**what connected feedback looks like in their classroom to encourage students finding their own inspiration to work hard and persistent.  

These strategies will build on TCRP Framework that encourages establishing a culture of respect and rapport which supports emotional safety, smooth transitions and routines based on interactions with teacher and students.


Applicability: 
  • K-12
  • All Contents
  • Beginner/ New to Teaching or Desire to learn a new strategy to use in the classroom.
