Limited Capacity full

How many times do you feel the “F” word while instructing, do your students feel it too?
Failure is scary. Failure is common. Failure is good!

Unfortunately, many of our students are scared of falling flat on their face. When they do, they often become disengaged and shy away from taking risks in their learning. In this session, teachers will discuss the power in talking about failure with their students and will reorganize an assignment/assessment in order to encourage students to take ownership of their failures by turning them into successes. This can be applicable for every teacher at every level but also for leaders, sports coaches, and club advisers!
Expect group work, games, rich conversation, and a bit of movement. :)
